Pastor John H. Herring is the third child born to Pastor Emeritus Wallace and Lena J. Herring.

Under Pastor John’s leadership, Glorious Hope has experienced exponential growth in the numbers of new Christians, new members, and in tithes and offerings. 

Pastor Herring is a native of Macon, Georgia and a graduate of Fort Valley State University where he received a B.A. Degree in Business Administration, and in 2012 received a Master’s Degree in Theological Studies from Liberty
University.

 

He was licensed to preach the gospel on April 25, 2010; and was ordained as a Preacher of the Gospel in February 2011.

John H. Herring is a published author of a book entitled “Seven Enemies Within Me." 

Pastor John Herring is dedicated to helping people overcome struggles and barriers that keep them living their full potential. He is an avid ‘gym junkie’ and a licensed insurance agent with Banker’s Life and Casualty Company.

Pastor John is married to his best friend, Jada Fambro-Herring; and they are the proud parents of Alexandra and Malik.
He lives his life according to his favorite scripture,

“Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.” – Proverbs 3:5-6.

Pastor John is in love with God and the people of God, and he gives God all the glory and honor for all that HE has done.
